By engaging in somatic practices, individuals can enhance body awareness, release tension & stress, promote physical & emotional healing and foster a greater sense of well-being and presence.
They provide a powerful toolset for personal growth, holistic wellness and cultivating a harmonious mind-body connection.

We will not be going into anything deeply personal on any of these calls, as the primary aim here is to share practices, practice them together and provide feedback/answer questions.
