By engaging in somatic practices, individuals can enhance body awareness, release tension & stress, promote physical & emotional healing and foster a greater sense of well-being and presence.

 

They provide a powerful toolset for personal growth, holistic wellness and cultivating a harmonious mind-body connection.

November 29th

  • What is somatic work & why it’s a missing piece to many people’s holistic healing journey

  • Basic nervous system awareness & practices

  • Breathing practices & simple movement practices you can do anywhere to regulate your nervous system

Fundamentals II

December 6th

  • Embodied yoga practices

  • Diving deeper into subtler sensations & what their positive intentions are (all emotions & sensations are there for a good reason! Learn what they are.)

  • Embodied values & intentions
